Any product purchased from the Online Store can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to return or exchange your product, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com and we will arrange for your product to be picked up by one of our shipping partners free of charge (not straps, for more information see below).
Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Your payment will be refunded as soon as we have received your item in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging, labels and protective stickers intact. Items returned that are not deemed by us to meet these criteria may be sent back to the customer. AMASAL does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Free returns and exchanges only applies to products valued over 60€ (e.g. no free returns/exchanges on straps)
Once your return is received, inspected and are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will notify you by email if your return is rejected in the inspection.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
